VSEA Contact-Traced Leave Survey

If This Has Happened To You, Join The Grievance

VSEA recently filed a Step III grievance to obtain an answer to why unvaccinated State employees who contact traced while at work are being sent home to quarantine and are now forced to use their own leave time. VSEA is arguing that, prior to this new twist, employees who contact traced at work were placed on paid administrative leave during their quarantine. This week, VSEA asked its Corrections, NMU, and Supervisory Unit members who were told they had to use their own leave to quarantine to complete a short survey to aid with the grievance.
