The VSEA Non-Management Unit Bargaining Team has reached a tentative settlement agreement with the State of Vermont on a two-year collective bargaining agreement that would become effective on July 1, 2022. This tentative contract settlement was reached following two sessions with a Federal Mediator and concludes more than two months of direct bargaining with negotiators for the Administration. The tentative agreement requires approval by the VSEA Non-Management Unit membership through ratification voting. The dates for voting on this tentative agreement have not been set.
