VSEA’s Legislative Committee hosted two successful gubernatorial candidate forums in June, inviting candidates from all parties to participate and speak directly to VSEA members and retirees about how he or she would operate state government, the changes each would make, how each would bargain, how each would treat state workers and a host of other topics.
The first forum was June 4 in Burlington and the second was held in Montpelier on June 8. VSEA members and retirees who missed the forums, or who want to watch one or both again can do so here:

VSEA members in Brattleboro collected eight bins of food and other necessities from five locations to give to the local food shelf, Groundworks. Members from AOT, DOL, VR, VDH, DCF, Corrections, and Judiciary all participated in this drive to support our community. As part of a statewide union effort– STRONG UNIONS, STRONG COMMUNITIES – we thank all the members who contributed to this successful event.
VSEA Remembers: This Memorial Day 2018, VSEA President Dave Bellini and the VSEA Board of Trustees are proud to join with all VSEA members and retirees to honor VSEA members, Vermonters and all Americans who have died while serving our nation in the Armed Services.
