Writing today with an announcement about upcoming elections for VSEA Board of Trustees’ seats. As you know, this announcement is coming during a very uncertain time due to the coronavirus crisis, and this complicates a VSEA bylaw that requires interested candidates to gather petition signatures. For this reason, the VSEA Board will be deciding at its May 5 meeting how candidates can collect signatures, given that most state employees currently lack personal interaction with their colleagues. Look for a follow-up email soon with details.
In advance, here are the Board seats up for election. If you are able to safely gather signatures, each Board seat mentioned below links to PDF petitions:
District 4 – Franklin / Grand Isle / Chittenden / Addison (three-year seat)
