Defender General Unit – Ratified On March 8 – View The Ratified Contract.
Judiciary Unit – Ratified On March 21 – View The Ratified Contract.
State’s Attorneys and Sheriffs – Ratified On May 14.
State Housing Authority – Tentative agreement reached on August 6. Stay tuned for more information.
Vermont State Colleges – At impasse. The VLRB (Vermont Labor Relations Board) has been notified of the impasse and has appointed a Federal Mediator to assist in brokering an agreement. We are currently awaiting dates to schedule mediation.
