Did you know VSEA recently helped negotiate a retention and recruitment package to address the current staffing crisis within the Vermont Department of Corrections?
The agreement includes three key components:
- Retention payments in lieu of missed training(s);
- Retention compensation for a six-month period; and
- Recruitment bonus for new hires.
