VSH Officials held a heavily attended, all-employee meeting today at the Best Western in Waterbury, but concrete answers to employee questions were hard to come by. Many employees, however, seemed pleased just to be hearing something, no matter how unsure officials were about many things.
“Members I think legitimately feel they should have a role in deciding how money is appropriated,” [Senate Pro Tem John] Campbell said, even if the figure is less than the $25 million that would trigger the need for approval from the full Legislature.
