VSEA Interim Director’s e-mail to DHR Commissioner dated Sept. 7, well ahead of last week’s finger pointing by the State.
"It is all of our interests, in the interests of the citizens of Vermont, and the taxpayers that we return as many employees to work as soon as possible without additional cost to the State."
Casey’s statement addresses story in this morning’s Times Argus, alleging a "tussle" between VSEA and the State on emergency additional compensation.
