Bill S.131 will expand collective bargaining rights to employees of the Department of States Attorneys and clarify that they are state employees. If the bill passes, these employees will have the right to vote on forming a bargaining unit and joining VSEA, which could increase bargaining power for all VSEA members.
Please contact your House Representative TODAY and tell them to Vote Yes on Bill S.131.
