VSEA Day in the Park

On Sunday, August 31, VSEA is hosting a “Day In The Park” for members and their families to enjoy one of the five Vermont state parks listed below! Please register here! 

Elmore State Park – Beach House – Morrisville

Pets are not permitted on the beach but are allowed elsewhere throughout the park. Please clean up after your pets. 

Boulder Beach State Park – Lake Groton

Pets are not permitted at this park. 

Camp Plymouth State Park – Wedding Grove – Plymouth 

Visit the Plymouth State Park website 

Pets are allowed in the park on leash and on the grass. No pets at the beach/on the sand. If pets like to swim, they may do so only at the cartop boat launch. Please clean up after your pets. 

Sand Bar State Park – Milton

Pets are not permitted at this park. 

Crystal Lake State Park, Barton

Pets are not permitted at this park. 

At each of the parks listed, VSEA Chapters will be providing members and their families with free park entry! The park day is meant to be a small thank you to VSEA members for your hard work during this especially difficult past year. 

Notes: To verify your state employee status, please be prepared to present your green VSEA membership card when entering one of the five parks on July 6. 

For planning purposes, and to ensure individual park capacity limits are not exceeded, VSEA members interested in spending a day in a Vermont state park with your union are asked to please complete a short reservation form. Email vsea@vsea.org for this form.
