Barre Community Correctional Officer and VSEA Member Fred Fleury is using his race car to send two important messages to Vermonters who attend a race this season at Thunder Road: “A Pension is a Promise” and “Protect Our Pensions!” Fleury’s car debuts Saturday at the annual TR car show and makes its race debut on Sunday.
