Hi everyone, this is Steve Howard, your Executive Director, with a quick update from the State House during the veto override session. We’ve made significant progress with the passage of H.55, a bill we’ve diligently worked on to expand PTSD coverage for our members in high-stress jobs. This bill shifts the presumption in favor of our members, acknowledging that their PTSD is a result of their service to the state. We’re optimistic that the governor will sign it.
