"Administration Secretary Spaulding agrees that the federal rate is too high, but said the rate is stipulated in the state employees’ union contract. He said he plans to raise the issue when he he and the union start negotiating a new contract next month."

On Friday, August 9, the VSEA Retired Members’ Chapter hosted its Annual Meeting at the Elks Club in Montpelier. The group elected a new slate of officers that includes:
