VTDigger reports on the Vermont Labor Relations Board’s recent rejection of VSEA’s claim that Vermont Deputy State’s Attorneys are "municipal" employees. It’s an unfortunate and unusual ruling as it leaves the workers in state of uncertainty, meaning they still don’t know if they are municipal or state employees. VSEA has 30 days to appeal the VLRB’s decision.
