House Overwhelmingly Defeats Browning Amendment!

The full House just voted against an amendment introduced Tuesday by Rep. Cynthia Browning (D-Arlington) that would have stripped state employees of their negotiated wage increase in both years of the contract, which kicks in on July 1. 2020.
