Dear Council Members,
Our next Council meeting is State House Day and will be held in person on Wednesday, February 25 at the Capitol Plaza Hotel. Please note that there will not be a remote option for this meeting.
We strongly encourage all Council Members to attend in person. Your presence is critical to ensure a strong showing at the State House and during the Legislative Reception. This is an important opportunity to demonstrate unity and advocate for the issues that matter most to our members.
If you are unable to attend, as a Council member, you are responsible for arranging a suitable replacement. The replacement must:
- Notify their Supervisor to obtain approved union leave time
- Inform VSEA of the change
