Afterparty the same evening, 6:30 PM-7:30 PM at Pho Capitol in Montpelier, where you are invited to enjoy some Vietnamese food & meet potential new Council Members. If you are interested in becoming a Central Vermont Chapter Council Representative, members will vote for nominated individuals at this upcoming Annual Meeting on August 19, 2025. Agenda: We will be holding elections for our Council representatives. If you want to learn more about what is happening in VSEA and become more involved with the Central Vermont Chapter, jump on this opportunity! You may express interest in advance, or at the meeting. Council Member position description: Council members attend four council meetings per year and vote on important union issues. Your job is to attend those meetings, represent your members, and to report back to your Chapter. Old Business New Business A $50 raffle prize will be awarded to 1 active CVC member per 5 attendees, maximum 5 winners The next five VSEA members who submit inspirational art which becomes adopted by vote into the CVC Art Portfolio will receive a $50 prize, and your art might be placed onto flashy things! (Submit a piece of inspirational art) sugarvermont@gmail.com The CVC chapter has voted to reimburse lodging in a room at Jay Peak for the 1st five active CVC members whom attend the 2025 VSEA Annual Meeting & make the request, family welcome.
