Hello ESD VSEA Members,
Please join the ongoing lunchtime discussion to connect ESD staff in offices across the state and make some positive change!
The lunchtime discussions in August:
- Wednesday, August 12 from 12PM – 12:30PM
- Thursday, August 20 from 12PM – 12:30PM
Please hop on as you are able to either or both.
At this meeting we can review and discuss any updates and matters of importance from your office. In general, we are striving to be solution-based so bring your ideas for improvements on all kinds of things, including efficiency and other topics.
Do you have safety or health concerns, operations suggestions or want to discuss job-related stressors? We are inviting you to share your thoughts, concerns and questions on any items not covered by our collective bargaining agreements.
The ESD labor team representing VSEA members on the Labor/Management Committee is comprised of 5 Division members from the union’s Non-Management or Supervisory Bargaining Units. The purpose of the Committee is to help solve problems and address concerns about issues that cannot be bargained, such as reimbursement practices, safety and health issues, staffing levels workload and more.
If you cannot attend either of the zoom conversations in the next two weeks, please share what you want with the Committee at ESD.LMC@yahoo.com.
