4.8.26 Return to Commute: MOTION TO STAY DENIED BY VERMONT SUPREME COURT!

Late yesterday afternoon, the Vermont Supreme Court denied the governor’s motion for an emergency stay on the Return to Office decision rendered by the Vermont Labor Relations Board last week. 

Now we turn to the VLRB who will review the governor’s motion for appeal. If the board denies the motion, the state can then go back to the Supreme Court.
