Guaranteed Issue
DISABILITY INSURANCE:
Complement your FLMI with disability coverage!
MATERNITY PACKAGE:
- You cannot give birth within 10 months of the policy’s effective date to receive these benefits.
- Disability Insurance- pays a monthly benefit subject to income and elimination period…….. ask for a quote!
- Hospital Confinement Insurance – pays a $2000 benefit for admitted hospitalizations over 18 hours.
CORRECTIONAL OFFICER PACKAGE:
- Disability Insurance – pays a monthly benefit for injuries on or off the job.
- Accident Insurance – pays additional benefits for accidents on or off the job.
- Life Insurance – pays cash to your beneficiary in the event of your death.
- Family Coverage Available For The Following:
- Cancer Insurance – pays a $7500 lump sum benefit for an internal cancer diagnosis, plus much more.
- Critical Care Insurance – $7500 First Occurrence Benefit for Heart Attack, Stroke, Coma, Coronary Bypass Surgery, End Stage Renal Failure, Major 3rd Degree Burns, Paralysis, Major Human Organ Transplant. Daily Hospital Benefits, Continuing Care Benefits.
- Accident Insurance – $1500 when admitted for a hospital confinement of at least 18 hours. Benefits payable for fractures, dislocations, lacerations, concussions, burns, emergency dental work, eye injuries, and surgical procedures…..and much more!

UPDATING YOUR INSURANCE:
- It’s a good idea to go over your coverage with your representative on a regular basis. If you have disability insurance you may need to update your benefits to align with any pay increases you may have had.
- All Lincoln Life policyholders please call and review your coverage.
WELLNESS BENEFIT REMINDER:
- If you have the CANCER INSURANCE you are eligible to receive $100 back every year per family member if any cancer screening is done. Annual physical may or may not qualify.
- If you have the ACCIDENT INSURANCE you are eligible to receive $65 back every year per family.
