This Is What Solidarity Looks Like! Massachusetts Governor Stands With Union Leaders To Provide Increased Support To State’s DCF

Yesterday, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker stood with Union officials representing that state’s DCF social workers to announce his commitment to fix many of the same problems confronting Vermont DCF social workers.

“For the first time since I’ve been doing this work, I actually saw a governor stand up and say that this isn’t working,” said Erin G. Bradley, executive director of the Children’s League of Massachusetts. “And it looks like he is going to try and make change for these kids.”
