Rent A Center at 347 North Main Street in Barre is doing a Stuff a Truck event on Friday 9/9/2011.
They are going to fill their box truck as many times as they can and bring the donated items to the Salvation Army in Barre. Johnny Racer will also have a box truck there to fill up for towns that need items on the spot. So, there will be two trucks there for Stuff a Truck. One for the Salvation Army and one for Vermont Towns in need of items quickly.

Items needed: Canned food, non-perishable food items, new or clean, used, sorted seasonal summer clothing and shoes, bottled water, laundry detergent, personal hygiene items (i.e soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, toilet paper), new/unopened packages of socks and underware, coolers, blankets and sheets, bedding, trash bags, cleaning supplies, gloves, infant formula, baby food, diapers, baby wipes, packaged snack items, small toys, stuffed animals, dolls, chalk, bubbles, coloring supplies, puzzles, pet food, kitty litter. NO FURNITURE or BEDS please.
