On April 14, Vermont Gov. Peter Shumlin will be in Washington, D.C., to appear in front of the House Gov’t Oversight Committee to testify in favor of state employees’ rights to collectively bargain. Also asked to testify is Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, whose testimony Shumlin will be countering.
