Help Needed This Weekend!
We are hoping that after a year long hiatus, that you are still interested in helping Habitat. Irene has destroyed a lot of construction materials that were being kept in Carothers’ barn and it needs to go to the dump. A roll-off dumpster has been arranged for this weekend and we assistance in putting the damaged construction materials into it. With enough people it should ge fairly quickly, and in view of the holiday weekend, am thinking time at the beginning or end of the weekend might be more convenient.than in the middle. So please answer me if you are willing and able to help Sat. AM or Mon afternoon.
Gloves and mud boots are a very good idea.
The Carothers’ barn is in New Haven on River Rd. just at the intersection of Halpin Rd.
Please tell us if/when you can help. We already have a 10AM Sat volunteer.
