Date(s) - 11/18/2021
Our next Labor-Management Committee Meeting (LMC) is scheduled for Thursday, November 18.
Do you have an issue that you would like for us to raise with management at our next meeting? If so, reach out to our Chair, Jon Kennedy at email@example.com.
Please send any topics to Jon by the end of the day on Monday, November 8, so we have time to put an agenda together.
We are always looking for new topics that members would like for us to address in the LMC. Your input is important to us. Feel free to provide us with feedback on the work that we are doing, or reach out if you have questions about a topic that was discussed.
Your labor-management committee (or “LMC”) is a committee made up of representatives from VSEA and representatives from management that meets quarterly to discuss workplace issues. The purpose is to keep the lines of communication open and to work together to address concerns and solve problems. The committee covers topics that are not part of bargaining, such as things like expense reimbursement practices & procedures, safety & health issues, staffing levels & workload, and more.
Where You Can Find Out More:
Agenda topics and jointly approved meeting notes from prior meetings can be found on the ESD SharePoint site or by visiting the members-only section of the VSEA website.
